TGreen Workspace LLC ("RevKit," "we," "us," or "our") operates revkit.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your personal information.

Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when downloading free diagnostics or contacting us
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
- Company name and role when provided in forms
- Salesforce org access credentials for done-for-you and AI services (integration user only, not stored)
Information collected automatically:
- Basic analytics (page views, referral source) via privacy-respecting analytics
- Browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city level)
- Pages visited and time on site
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver purchased products and services
- To send your free diagnostic download and related follow-up emails
- To send product updates, new kit announcements, and relevant Salesforce content (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To process payments and issue refunds
- To improve our products and website
- To respond to support requests
4. Email Communications
When you download a free diagnostic or make a purchase, you'll be added to our email list via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). We send educational content about Salesforce, product updates, and occasional promotions. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send spam.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate RevKit:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card data is handled entirely by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing and delivery. Your name and email are stored in Kit to send you purchased content and updates.
- Salesforce — for done-for-you and AI service delivery only. We access your org via integration user and do not retain credentials.
6. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our email list or have an active customer relationship with us. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Payment records are retained as required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Opt out of analytics tracking

8. Cookies

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing via Stripe, and limited data retention. We do not store payment card information. Salesforce access credentials are never stored — we use integration users with the minimum required permissions.
