Terms of Service
Effective date: March 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from revkit.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of RevKit products and services, operated by TGreen Workspace LLC ("RevKit," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Products and Services
RevKit offers three categories of products:
- Self-Serve Kits: Downloadable PDF playbooks delivered digitally immediately after purchase.
- Done-For-You Services: Fixed-scope Salesforce configuration services delivered within the stated business day window.
- AI Intelligence Reports: AI-powered org analysis reports delivered within 48–72 hours of access being granted.
All product descriptions, deliverables, and timelines are stated on the product page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update product offerings at any time.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize RevKit to charge the stated amount to your payment method. All sales are final unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee below.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
Self-Serve Kits: If you are not satisfied with a self-serve kit for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Done-For-You Services: If we do not deliver the agreed-upon outcome as described on the product page, we will re-perform the work at no additional charge until the outcome is met. Refunds for done-for-you services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
AI Intelligence Reports: If you are not satisfied with the depth or quality of your report, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Salesforce Access
For done-for-you and AI Intelligence services, you agree to provide RevKit with access to your Salesforce organization via an integration user or read-only OAuth connection. We will not request administrator credentials, extract your data, or retain access beyond the scope of the engagement. Access will be revoked upon project completion.
6. Intellectual Property
All RevKit products, playbooks, reports, and materials are the intellectual property of TGreen Workspace LLC. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any RevKit product.
7. Limitation of Liability
RevKit products and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGreen Workspace LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

RevKit is an independent Salesforce consulting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce.com, Inc. Salesforce is a registered trademark of Salesforce.com, Inc.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of RevKit products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
